Certified Audit Expert Schmitt Treuhand confirms in his Auditor’s Report: “In my audit, I did not encounter any facts from which I would have to conclude that the annual financial statements do not give a true and fair view of the net assets, financial position, and results of operations in accordance with Swiss GAAP FER 21, or that they do not comply with the law and the statutes. Regarding the use of foundation funds in Ukraine, an independent audit report evaluating the reliability of the donation funds, conducted by an audit company licensed in Ukraine and dated May 11, 2018, is available. In the report, prepared for the 2017 financial period, it is confirmed that the funds were used in accordance with their intended purpose and the statutes.”
